Arctic Windows 7 Theme

Looks like Microsoft decided that the Winter Windows 7 Theme didn’t  offered enough chills for the 2010 Holiday Season. Because now they have also added a Arctic Windows 7 theme.

A theme full of ice, icebergs, snow owls and even polar bears to marvel at from your desktop.

This theme comes with 15 desktop backgrounds.
